Competent staff in all circumstances!!

Well-appointed rooms with coffee, a TV set, and a writing table, amazing beds.

It was a comfortable place for holiday, had excellent time. The location was great and brilliant, to catch a taxi, convenient to go everywhere. And it was also so close to the restaurant on the evening, airport and quiet area.  

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay. The staff were welcoming! The location was marvellous and brilliant, in a really nice area, and the room was new-fashioned. Our stay there was nice.

There was something as service missing.

Perfect hotel in a calm area really close to the restaurant on the evening, train station and terminal. Nice styled and large rooms with comfortable bed available.

Very good service, welcoming staff. New-fashioned and stylish units with heating as required, a very comfortable sofa, for example.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Had a superb relaxing 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Everyone was competent and the room was good-sized. The food was outstanding - I greatly enjoyed it. This hotel was set in a central area not far from all terminals, the restaurant,

The room was fashionable and neat with a double bed, had a good night's sleep. The location for Hale was good and ideal, close to public transport. In a hurry we visited Spinning Jenny nearby.

Close to airport. Good breakfast and service. Clean, comfortable family room. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

I truly enjoyed the room with window open, the bed was comfy. Climate control, multi-channel television, coffee and tea making facilities were appreciated. This hotel was located in a central area very close 

The breakfast was great and we loved the café where it was served. The location was excellent - so close to a black taxi and the airport by taxi. Exceptionally nice and pleasant staff who provided a perfect 10/10 stay. 

The hotel's location was particularly good and easy, near to quiet area, Manchester Airport, and the Thyme restaurant. Besides, the property was 3 km away from All Saints. The suite we stayed in was nice styled and good sized with
